Long ago, a treasure hunter named Victor Legrand stole a cursed skull from a lost Polynesian shrine. Misfortune followed him until, in desperation, he carved a stone effigy of the skull. The curse lifted—by crushing him beneath the effigy. When the first drink was poured beside the skull, ghostly laughter filled the air, and Boris’s thirst for mischief was born.
To this day, those who toast to Boris are said to be safe—but disrespect him, and you might share Victor’s fate. Once a year, a special drink—The Skull’s Mercy—is poured to keep the curse at bay.
When you enter the Dark Tiki, give a respectful nod to Boris. If you’re lucky, he might just let you leave.
Enter with reverence.
Toast to Boris.
Hope he lets you leave.
